Cockroaches and daffodils

Cockroaches spend the night walking over the kitchen benches of the hostel I was in. This makes me not want to eat breakfast. Or cook.

Daffodils have been popping up all over the country for the last few weeks. I’ve always thought of daffodils as being the sort of flowers you only see in shops, but here they’re as common as weeds. Very pretty.
