I’ve been planning to write about Monster for a while, but I never seem get the time or motivation to do it properly, so I’ll do a quick jobbie on it now. I have two points:
- Monster is a very well-done film, and Charlize Theron does a excellent job.
- In every scene, one is suprised anew by how bad a beautiful movie star can be made to look. (Or, alternatively, how bad the director has allowed her character to look.)
