Well yeah, but residents who move there will know what they’re getting in to, so this might not be too much of a problem. Meanwhile, the Free State Project (“pro-liberty” planned city) appears to be treading water; it’s a bit hard to tell how the other Christian planned community, Christian Exodus is doing.
