Is there any particular policy on what words should be linked and what should not? Recently I’ve removed links to “discovery”, “sexy”, “retirement” and “consumers”, but I’d be happier doing so if such nonsense links were officially discouraged. (I also question whether anything much is gained from linking to “France” in phrases like “… was born in France in 1929” but this practice isn’t quite so annoying.)
